Healthy Juicing Recipes for ANTI AGING

Tomatoes-Plums-Healthy-Juicer-Recipes-for-Anti-Aging
Orange Juice - yields 1 cup = 8 oz
• 2 Oranges
• ½ Grapefruit
• 2 Carrots
• 1 tbsp Hemp oil (optional)
Tomato Juice - yields 3/4 cup = 6 oz
• 2 Tomatoes
• 1 red Pepper (or green or yellow)
• ½ Grapefruit
Plum Juice - yields 1(1+1/2) cup = 8(12) oz
• 10-20 Plums
• 1 Orange
• 2 slices Ginger
Dark Juice - yields 1 cup = 8 oz
• 1 Beet
• 1 leaf Kale
• 1 Cucumber
• 1 cup Blueberries
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
